The conference fee includes admission to all sessions as well as to the daily coffee-breaks, the proceedings, ice breaker party and the conference dinner. Payments for new registrations and open payments can be accepted at the REGISTRATION DESK in cash (Euro) or credit card. Seniors get a reduced fee by request.
Check In on Arrival
The Symposium will take place in the Audimax, KIT. We would like to ask you to visit the REGISTRATION DESK and to pick up your badge and conference set. The REGISTRATION DESK is located in front of the lecture hall. It will be open in the morning from 8 AM.
